Clarke and Justin are both adept on windy courses, so I'm not surprised by their scores. As for K.J., it looks like he is playing steady, bogeying 8&9 (#2 and #3 in difficulty so far in the tournament), but with no blow-up holes and a strong 5 birdie run on the front side. Knowing K.J.'s record, expect him to make a hole-in-one some time this week...he seems prone to do that.

Interesting side note:
The worst foursome so far is the first group off the back nine: Van Pelt, Lowery, and Small at 13 over as a team. Also interesting is that the next group that followed them (Gonzalez, Herron, and Fleming) finished at 12 over as a team.
Tiger, Daly, and Vijay would have tied for worst team had Vijay shot even par, but he finished in red numbers.
Kudos to Roy Biancalana, the low Club Pro so far at 2 under through 15.
The second half of the field is yet to tee off, but don't expect anyone to catch the leaders, as the wind will start to blow harder in the afternoon (but I've been wrong before).
