Tiger needed to shoot a 65 today to have a chance at winning. If Els wins the tournament, he's the new #1. Big deal, eh?
When Tiger slips from #1, I can hear it now..."Well Lanny, Tiger has lost his #1 ranking. Does the #1 ranking really mean anything?"
Too bad...it really does mean alot! Even if #1 is not from good old USA, Jim Nantz. Christ, TNT was all Tiger, all the time. CBS takes over, and what do we get to open the broadcast? A total Tiger recap.
