Lorena Ochoa had a complete meltdown at the final holes of the Safeway Invitational, going on a bogey train to let Annika Sorenstam sneak into a playoff. Standing on the 16th hole, Ochoa had a 4-shot lead over Annika but then went double-bogey, bogey (2 putting fom 7 feet), par. Annika biried the 18th to force a playoff.
Clearly rattled, Ochoa dunked her tee shot on the 1st playoff hole straight into the water. It was all over by then.
