I think it is somewhat ridiculous to say that rain will advantage those who played last week (i.e., Phil). All these guys have played in bad weather before throughout their careers, so what does one week of bad weather mean?....nothing. Also, if playing in bad weather translates into a good performance, then European players are going win (could this be a sign that Paddy Harrington wins....I hope so). But seriously, these guys have all played in bad weather, so playing last week should have no bearing on this week.
