Tiger: taking a gamble
Tiger Woods admitted today that he didn't even hang around until Monday for the finish of the PGA Championship. Instead, Tiger got on his private jet and flew home, before heading off to Akron, OH. Just think what might have happened if there was a playoff after Monday's round at -2, and no Tiger? That would've only fueled that fire that the PGA of America goofed by not moving the times up on Sunday.

I find it astounding that Woods did this......
I speak as someone who actually placed a bet on him on Saturday morning at odds of 33/1...when he was 12 behind....thought if he shot two 66s that he would probably win it...would have been right....
would have been a very unhappy chap if Mickelson/Bjorn and Elkington had all dropped shots on Monday morning and Woods wasn't there....
