Grand Slam: Tiger in charge

Tiger Woods hit some massive bombs off the tee, consistently outdriving Vijay, Phil, and Michael Campbell by 20 or so yards at the the Grand Slam of Golf at Poipu Bay. Tiger's at -5, Phil -2, Cambo +1, and Vijay +3. This is the same course that Phil hit 59 last year. But, after a 5 week layoff, Phil says he doesn't feel another 59 coming.

Tiger's psychological advantage over PGA Tour players continues to amaze me.

Any statisticians out there that could compute each player's Tiger Handicap? That is the differential in their scores in an event when they play with and without TW?

Mickelson's Tiger Cap has to be off the charts, trailing only DL III.

I don't understand how Tiger can outdrive the others by so much. Cambo, Vijay, and Phil are not short off the tee. But Tiger's back to driving it Daly distances.
