The Perez report: the Double P blog
Pat Perez is now 39th on the money list, after having finished an impressive tied for 3rd at the TPC. Now, he's started a smokin' hot and stylish website to match his personality. This site is so cool, it ain't funny--just listen to the tunes. It's the best golfer site I've seen yet. Sorry, Natalie!
What makes it even cooler is that Double P, as he's self-described, is a blogger. His blog will be featured on The Golf Channel here. As soon as Double P wins the Masters, we'll have to call him Master P.

Perez is the man. He is going to be a superstar. Glad to see GolfBlog.com and GolfChannel.com getting behind the next big thing on Tour. This kid has more personality and swagger than any average ten Tour players.

I'll definitely give him the swagger part, and based on his anger issues in prior events, he has some fiery personality. Sometimes, that may be one of the walls he has to cross to beocme the superstar that he has the talent to become (remember the AT&T). Maybe he will take a page from Rory's book, and get his focus in line.
One thing I do know is he has a kicking pad, and throws some great parties, and there is nothing wrong with having players with personality on tour. Lets just say I don't think that is norm right now.
Pebble Beach was 2002. Cut him some slack. What was it, like his second tournament on the PGA and he's in the final group on Sunday?
There's a different between 'anger' and being a competitor with a fiery personality.
He'll get some wins. He has too much talent not to. As for Rory... give me a break. That guy is smug and is another nameless face out there. Personality? Sure - but even as far as the South African golfers go give me Ernie, Timmy Clark, Refief and basically ANYONE from that continent over Rory.
Perez is undoubtedly a great talent and hopefully his fiery personality will help him to be very competitive in the future. I look forward to the day when he wins his first major; what a celebration it will be!

Badds' site is pretty cool, though it's a little too much of the bells and whistles for me.
The Flash stuff is cool regarding the Practice Tee, but the site doesn't have as much personality as Perez's.
Maybe it's just me, but it seems Perez is very involved with his site where Baddeley's site seems like he has some big time ad agency doing all the work and he has nothing to do with it.
