This is a Euro fashion trait to wear pastel colors with a matching hat. IMO it looks good if the colors match perfectly like in Tigers case, but in most they are slightly off and thus look terrible!
Still, Tom Pernice Jr, and Scott Verplank know how to dress....IMO.
