Morgan Pressel wins her first major at Kraft
Morgan Pressel, as detailed here, shot a closing 69 to win her first major at the Kraft Nabisco Championship. She now has more career majors than Michelle Wie, Paula Creamer and Lauren Ochoa.

This is her first LPGA victory. She's the youngest ever to win a major.
This is a great win for her! She made 5 huge putts on the back nine, three for par, a 40 ft downhiller for birdie, and a 20 ft slider on the last hole to set a great score to look at.
She had it easier than Petterson for sure, setting in early score with much less pressure, but she played tough! Good for her!
It was funny how she was playing with Stacy Lewis (who did great in last years US Am), and they were giving Lewis all this credit for playing a great tourney as an amateur.....and she's older than Pressel, who's playing her 2nd season of professional golf. Not taking anything away from Lewis, but you forget that Pressel is so young.
I now give her license to cry anytime she wants to. Before now, it was very irritating.
Gotta hand it to her. I've ripped her here before for being a loudmouth, crying at the drop of a hat, being a short knocker, etc. She got it done this time though. Good for her.

I get the impression that Morgan really cares about the game. I don't get that from Wie. Many months ago I said watch Michelle Wie disappear. Just checking in...and...let's see...where is she now?
