Why Tiger Woods will not repeat this week

Tiger Woods won't win this week at the British Open. The reason? It's not because he just had his first kid. It's because Carnoustie is a complete crapshoot, with funny bounces even for good shots. That basically brings all the hackers into play, including the likes of Paul Lawrie. Remember him?

I don't know if this is a fair test of golf, but it sure is fun to watch. I would like to see a lot of chopping this week, with scores over par.
