Tiger Woods on PGA's new drug policy: penalties should be stiff

We all have Gary Player to thank for effectively putting the PGA's feet to the fire, with his unsubstantiated claim that he had personal knowledge of one player (if not several players) who was taking performance-enhancing drugs.
