Golf Predictions for 2009
OK, it's time to make predictions for 2009. Here are ours--we like to go out on a limb:
1. Tiger Woods will win 4 majors, tying Jack Nicklaus's record of 18.
2. Michelle Wie will win 2 LPGA tourneys and will cause not controversies.
3. Natalie Gulbis will win 1 LPGA tourney and will continue to be the hottest golfer.
4. David Duval will make a comeback.
5. John Daly will go on the show Biggest Loser.
6. Steve Williams and Jim "Bones" Mackay will duke it out in a charity UFC event.
7. Greg Norman will place 2nd at the Masters, again blowing the final round.
8. Kelly Tilghman will make no more verbal gaffes on The Golf Channel, but Nick Faldo will.
9. Michael Jordan will break 100 at Bethpage Black, but just barely.
10. Sergio Garcia will become a sentimental fan favorite ... in Spain.

You're spot on with number 7, although I get the feeling the only country Sergio ISNT liked is the USA. He's a sentimental fan favourite generally everywhere else.

Here's to #1 happening and #3 is a certainty.
All 10 predictions seem to be right except, that Tiger wood's one, I am getting this gut feeling that Tiger wood's will not be able to will all the Major 4 championships! but let's hope for the best.

#12 Fehrety falls off the wagon and is struck by a golf cart while tricycling.
#13 Daly tees off in the Equatorial New Guinea Open with 35 cents stuck to his face and what appears to be a Philly cheesesteak tucked in his belt.
I am a tiger fan sll the way, I think he will win 2 majors and at least 5 overall tournaments this year. He is smarter and will be using course management better than he has in the past.
