The Golf Blog says: Rory McIlroy tweeted his plans to watch his girlfriend Caroline Wozniacki play tennis in Miami. Really? Arnold Palmer was disappointed that Rory skipped the Arnold Palmer Invitational this week, where Tiger Woods, Phil Mickelson, and many of the top players are playing.
Since Rory McIlroy switched to Nike clubs this year, his play has been erratic and often quite substandard. With the Masters fast approaching, Rory skipping getting some more reps with his new Nike clubs under tournament conditions seems like a big mistake.
