Tiger, will he or won't he?
Tiger's won all of the 2 tourneys he's played in this year, but he's never won (0-10) the Nissan Open at Riviera. He now sits 5 strokes back of the leaders Justin Rose and Dean Wilson (-7).
Question: Will Tiger be 3-0 in starts by Sunday's end, or will he be 0-11 at the Nissan? And, if Tiger doesn't win this week, should the Riviera be selected as the site for a major just because it's apparently not easy for Tiger?

It ain't the track that makes TW dominant in US Opens...short game prowess especially from long rough into fast greens...no one comes close.
Will he win, probably not. In addition to having to make up, as of right now, 7 shots on Sabbatini over the next 3 rounds, he also needs to make up 6 shots on Estes and 5 on Rose and...and..and needs to make sure JB Holmes does not make up 3 shots on him... and... and...
I do not have the stats in front of me but lets say Tiger wins about 25% of his starts, the odds say any one tournament he enters, he will not win. Obviously there is something about this course that does not fit his game since he is 0 for his pro career on it. Now would I bet my house he will lose? No way.
Should they consider this course for a major just because of Tigers poor record there. No. How any one player performs at a course should never be considered in the decision making process.
I don't think he'll win this week. The past two tournaments were basically given to him, but I think everyone is coming into form now and they're acclimated to CA conditions (which this year are basicaly perfect).
I don't think we'll see Tiger win again until Bay Hill...
I don't think Tiger will win this, but I think he will definetely be in the top 10. He does win 1 of 4 tournaments so he could go many tournaments now without a win and it wouldn't hurt that stats category.
