Our best wishes go to President Clinton, who will have surgery again on Thursday to clean out some scar tissue from his bypass. Apparently, the development of scar tissue is somewhat uncommon, although the procedure is relatively straightforward and less invasive.
So what will President Clinton do today before going under the knife? You guessed it: play golf. Good man.
