Sergio: St. Andrews tougher than 2000
Sergio Garcia believes St. Andrews is playing tougher than 2000 because of some new tees, thicker rough, and narrower fairways. According to Garcia, driving will be much more at a premium than before. Story here. Of course, as we already reported here, the famed bunker on No. 17 (which almost ate Duval alive in 2000) appears to have been made easier to get out of. Sergio agrees.
