The Golf Blog: Paul Lawrie revives career with 2nd victory in 2012 after 9 year drought
The Golf Blog says: Paul Lawrie is having his “Hal Sutton” comeback moment. The former British Open champion fell off the golf radar, going on a 9 year winless streak. This year, however, is different. Lawrie won the Qatar Masters (shortened to 54 holes) by 4 shots, his second victory of the year. He’ll break through the Top 50 World Ranking and could make the Ryder Cup for the Euros. Great win for Lawrie!
