The Golf Blog says: Heading into Saturday ,Tiger Woods is right back where he was at the U.S. Open, tied for the lead. At the U.S. Open, Tiger didn’t do so well on the weekend. Now he has another chance.
We’ve already explained why this may be the most important major of Tiger’s entire career. If he fails to win a major in 4 and a half years, he will fall back to being close to tied with Jack’s pace of winning majors. But if he wins, Tiger will be ahead of Jack’s pace to 18 majors. It will be interesting to see how Tiger handles the pressure this time.
