Sean O’Hair wins 1st tour victory
Well, you kinda saw this coming from his second place finish at the Byron Nelson Classic back on May 15 — see The Golf Blog’s write-up here. 22-year-0ld Sean O’Hair won the John Deere Classic to win his first PGA victory. Apparently, Sean likes tournaments that are “classics.” Sean won in dramatic fashion, chipping on 18 from the hazard line to within 10 feet to go on to save his par. Sean qualified for the British Open with the victory, but is unsure about going. What? Are you crazy, Sean? Book that flight tonight, man. We’ll see you in St. Andrews. More from ESPN here.
